Although this unit does what it says, it is way too much money, as is my monthly subscription to XM.
You have to make sure to get a good location for the antenna, though, otherwise the stations may cut in and out due to interference. The device does exactly what it says it does. Otherwise a good product and recommended. Also, the connection for the RCA cables is rather loose on the dock, so you have to make sure that the cable is actually plugged in or you will not get any sound. It's very convenient because it allows me to take the receiver out of my car and plug it into my system in my house. Setup was very easy.
Amazon had it and for a good price. The Home Adapter kit was easy to set up and works well. I could not find this adapter at any store because the SkyFi 2 is no longer being produced.
GHW My kind of music where and when I want it. The only way to listen to the radio. No annoying commercials.
Not happy. I thought it would work with my xm ready stereo. It doesn't.
